新しいC3プラットフォームは現在、C3モデル（PF1プラットフォーム）と同じに基づいて行われます。

2017年に、シトロエンC3 IIIは1.2L電動ターボ（こちらへ）とアイシン6速オートマチックギアボックス（EAT6）を搭載バージョンになりますが存在します。
